I want to launch a Milk product/Milk Brand in the market. But, there a lot of competitors in this field and I have very limited budget. How can I run a limited but effective campaign?

Milk is everyone’s product, there is no age bar, but there is a lot competition in the market, especially from the establish Brands like Mother Dairy, Delhi Milk scheme and Nestle etc.
You can start with a Logo that would stand out and ordinary people can easily remember. Then get some danglers and POP designed. Finally run a low cost TV commercial on local channels – like regional language and some English programs to create awareness of the Brand.
Distribution is the key factor of Milk business. You should be regular and punctual. The quality of your product should be intact as well. What about an only Cow Milk category?
Do you have means to give doorstep delivery like local Milkmen who generate Rs.10, 000 per month delivering Milk at doorstep?
These are the basics.
Moreover, get some contract from local tea vendors supplying at an affordable rate, you will get some regular income to run the show for a long time.
