Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of existing products, the launch of new products and for contributing to the development of Marketing programs for assigned brands and new products

• Propose and implement brand/product strategy and promotional and trade Marketing plan; implement and evaluate new product launches and manage existing product “panier”

• Identify innovative product opportunities and contribute ideas

• Provide direction, training, coaching and development to project teams and cross-functional teams

• Interact effectively with other departments to support Marketing objectives

• Contribute to local adaptation of advertising; implement media strategy

• Manage budget, ensure sales forecast accuracy, track and analyze COGs, and make pricing recommendations

• Conduct competitive and consumer data analysis; make recommendations to management based on data

• Influence and manage the Creative process

• Prepare brand reviews including providing guidance to Assistant Level

• Lead research and development analysis

(Accountabilities are general and may vary according to the scope of the business)


Qualifications

• Education/Experience:

o   Bachelor’s Degree required with at least 6-8 years of industry related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)

o   MBA preferred with at least 4-5 years of industry related marketing experience (consumer package goods or beauty)

• Skills:

o   PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)

o   Demonstrated passion for Marketing Brand Management

o   Rigorous quantitative data analysis skills with the ability to translate into conclusions and action-oriented planning

o   Proven multi-project / team-oriented managerial skills

o   Previous Supervisory role(s)

o   Previous development and/or launch management skills

o   Flexibility

o   Affirmative sensitivity to the métier / appreciation for our business

o   Excellent Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
